Operations Officers (Part-time, Hourly-Rated)
(Location: Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal)
Job Description

  1. 1. Perform guest relations duties and assist terminal managers in creating pleasant and memorable passenger experiences.
  2. 2. Perform duties, including crowd control, to ensure smooth passenger operations and land transport access to meet passenger terminal users’ needs.
  3. 3. Monitor service standards to ensure service targets are met.
  4. 4. Attend to customers’ enquiries and requests.



  1. 1. At least a Nitec in Hospitality/Tourism, or WPLN 5 qualifications and above
  2. 2. Customer service oriented
  3. 3. Willingness to work on Full / Partial shifts at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal
  4. 4. Willingness to work at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal location


Typical Shift Patterns:

1st shift – 7.00am to 3.00 pm

2nd shift – 3.00 pm to 11 pm
