INFORMATION ABOUT THE SG50 FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN LUCKY DRAW

The Singapore Cruise Centre’s (SCCPL) Fundraising & Awareness campaign ‘Embrace Dyslexia, Unlock Potential’ Campaign for Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) and lucky draw period will run from 9 July 2015 to 30 October 2015 (”Lucky Draw Period”). Singapore Cruise Centre (”Organiser”) shall reserve the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period.

Eligibility
 
a. This contest is open to all public donors, except the employees of the Organiser (SCCPL) and the Beneficiary (DAS), and the affiliated sponsor agencies.
b. Qualifying Period

From 9 July 2015, 12pm to 30 October 2015, 12pm 30 October 2015, 5pm

 

How to Participate
 
1. No purchase is required. A minimum of Two Singapore Dollars (S$2) or equivalent is required to entitle for a chance to the lucky draw.
 
2. Methods of submission:
 
i. Insert your desired donation amount with minimum Two Singapore dollars (S$2) or equivalent into the donation envelops in order to qualify for the lucky draw.
 
ii. Fill in the required personal particulars, and deposit the completed copy into any of the donation boxes provided. There are 4 donation boxes in Harboufront Ferry Passenger Terminal and 2 donation boxes in Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal.
 
iii.The participant may donate unlimited times and insert multiple entries during the lucky draw period from 9 July 2015 to 30 October 2015.

 

LUCKY DRAW PRIZES
 
1. There are 20 attractive cruise prizes, and 50 attractive ferry tickets to Batam and Bintan to be won.
 
– Star Cruises 2 Nights Malacca or Kula Lumpur Cruise (Wednesday) for 2 persons in an Oceanview Stateroom with Window on SuperStar Gemini.
– Bintan Resort Ferry Ticket for Off-Peak travel on Economy Class for 1 person
– Batam Fast Ferry Ticket for Off-Peak travel for 1 person
 
 2. All cruise and ferry ticket prizes are exclusive of all taxes, levies, fees, airport pick-up charges, and all other charges.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS IN ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZES
 
a. Each participant is eligible to win one (1) prize only during the Contest Period.
 
b. The eligible prize winners will be determined by the qualified entries received during the Contest Period.
 
–          The Organizer reserves the right to change the qualifying criteria and allocation of lucky draw entitlements
 
–          The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the lucky draw without prior notice.
 
–          The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prizes of similar value without prior notice.
 
–          All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable or in any other form for whatever reason.
 
c. The eligible prize winners will be contacted via email and the given contact number. Prize winners will be required to proof his / her identity.
 
–          Should the first attempt to contact the eligible winner fail, i.e. no email acknowledgement, telephone number not in service or no connection, etc, another two (2) attempts will be made within the next 24 hours of the first telephone call. If all (3) attempts are unsuccessful, the Organiser reserves the right to select the next qualified participant.
 
–          The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
 
–          The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, illegible, stained, or late submission entries.
 
d. All prizes must be collected at winners’ own expense within thirty (30) days after the date of notification of winnings. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited by the Organiser thirty (30) days after the date of notification. Prizes are to be collected by the winner in person with the notification letter and original NRIC at Singapore Cruise Centre Pte Ltd, 1 Maritime Square #07-01 Harboufront Centre, Singapore 099253 (Monday to Friday: 10am to 5pm)
 
e. Winners will be required to attend a prize giving ceremony organized by the Organizer. Winners will be announced in the Singapore Cruise Centre’s website.
 
f. By accepting the prizes, winners shall consent to the use of the name, image, by Organizer for advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes.

 

LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY OF WINNERS
 
1. Participants shall assume full responsibility in case of any accident, damage or claim resulting from participation of this contest and/or usage and/or redemption of their prizes.
 
2. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to redeem the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.

 

RIGHTS OF ORGANZIER (SCCPL)
 
1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete or add to these Rules and Regulations without any prior notice at any time and the participants shall be bound to such changes, provided that such amendments, deletion or addition to these Rules and Regulations would not be detrimental to the participants.
 
2. Kindly note that, it will be necessary for you to supply the Organiser with your Personal Data, without which you will not be able to participate in this contest.
 
3. By submitting the completed donation entry, you hereby agree that the Organizer (SCCPL) may collect, use and retain your personal data that you provide in this form for the purpose of your participation in this lucky draw, to provide services or to correspond with you. The Personal Data is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the Personal Data by the Organiser and is used to fulfil your request(s).
 
4. By participating in this contest, participants consent to give their personal information and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice.
 
5. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the official Rules and Regulations and decisions of the Organiser.
 
6. The Organiser’s decision is final. Any dispute or correspondence pertaining to the decision will not be entertained.
