You can also take a taxi or car from SCC@HFT to the city which is about 10-15mins away depending on the traffic condition and it is about 25 – 30 mins to the airport. All taxis in Singapore are metered and you will pay accordingly to the meter and all peak hour surcharges will be reflected in your receipts.
